OVERVIEW

ree

There will come a time that we'll think of the things we have done, if it is quite good or not.

As we live our everyday lives, we must check ourselves because we might be changing without realizing it; it's either in a positive or a negative one. And halfway, if it is the dimmed side then what shall we do? How can we improve? How to avoid things we have done that brought us into this negative side?

Well, the answer is quite simple. Let us all formulate this magical-like bucket list, oh, not that common one, or should I say the anti one. Here's my Anti Bucket List and I hope we can be interconnected by it so we can dive into that more positive side of living!

THE ANTI-BUCKET LIST ITSELF

In this anti bucket list, here’s the things I won’t do (again):

- Being unproductive even though I have a lot of time

- Not being contented ‘bout he things I have

- Being harsh on myself

- Sacrifice my health over something

- Being unappreciative

- Giving up whilst not trying

- Trying too hard to feel “belonged”

CULMINATION

These things in the anti-bucket list aren’t that beneficial for us in many ways and some of it will be a negative effect even in our health. First, I shouldn’t be unproductive again even though I have a lot of time, yet I will use it to be productive in terms of many ways. Next is, I will be contented ‘bout the things I have unlike before. I will also stop being harsh on myself and start this what we call self-love. I will stop sacrificing my own health just for the things that I want to achieve. I will also stop being unappreciative, stop giving up whilst not trying and stop trying too hard to feel “belonged”.

There are too many things I’d like to avoid, yet these are the main ones. Having this anti-bucket list will help me to be a better one and to shape me to have a better future. You, you should also do your own anti-bucket list and dive to that more positive side of living!
